This is a lower horsepower version of the highly successful 16 hp Briggs and Stratton Vanguard. Note that all specifications are the same, this one just produces a little less horsepower.

This BRIGGS & STRATTON 16 hp Twin Cylinder is one of the finest and most advanced motors ever designed for our MAX ATVs. Ninety-degree V-Twin design with overhead valves is incredibly smooth running because of its perfect primary balance.

• Full pressure lubrication.

This V-Twin design virtually eliminates
vibration. Poly-core blower housing absorbs noise and all these motors meet the strict European noise standards.

BUFFALO TRUCK.

This V-Twin is fuel efficient and meets strict emission standards. The overhead valves give a higher compression ratio with greater fuel
efficiency and virtually no carbon build-up. The hydraulic valve lifters eliminate valve adjustment and make the Command engine nearly maintenance free.
